Since these are under the muscle, the muscle tissue has to be expanded to fit the implants. So these are expanders that will be filled over the next couple of months to slowly expand the muscle tissue. Then once they are completely filled they will be replaced by the silicone implants in a separate surgery.
im just happy shes on her way back to ultra huge boobs … man o man i cant wait till their done expanding and ready for the new cups … im glad im 21 and not dying on a bed somewhere .. cant wait to see this…

When are these fun bags going to be done? Since it will take a couple of months, then more surgery, does this mean that there will not be any udpates?
